📦 How long will my order take?

We're going to be completely honest with you here, because we think you deserve that more than a vague promise.

Most of our products ship from warehouses in Asia, which means delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on your location. Here's a rough guide:

  • Malaysia: 7–14 business days
  • United States: 10–21 business days
  • Europe (Spain, UK, etc.): 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 14–25 business days

We know this isn't Amazon-speed, and we appreciate your patience. Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

🚚 How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over €35. For orders under €35, a small shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

📬 Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, always. You'll receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 2–5 business days after placing your order for tracking information to become active.

↩️ What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, here's what we'll do:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective? Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed.
  • Item doesn't match the description? Same thing — contact us and we'll make it right.
  • Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in this case.
