🛍️ Is Amorite a real store with real people behind it?
Yes, absolutely. We're a small team based in Spain. There are real humans reading your emails, packing your orders, and genuinely caring about your experience. We're not a faceless dropshipping operation — we're a growing store that takes every customer seriously.
⏳ Why does delivery take longer than Amazon?
Great question, and a fair one. Unlike Amazon, we don't have warehouses in every country. Most of our products ship from Asia, which means delivery takes 7–21 business days depending on where you live. We know that's longer than you might be used to — but we track every single order and we'll always tell you exactly where your package is.
📦 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link. If you haven't received it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then email us at hello@amoritestore.com and we'll look into it straight away.
❌ What if my item arrives damaged?
Take a photo and email it to us at hello@amoritestore.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no argument, no hassle. We genuinely want you to receive exactly what you paid for.
🔄 Can I return something I don't want?
Yes. Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return any unused item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or not as described, we'll cover the return. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost. Email us first and we'll guide you through the process.
💳 Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. We use Shopify Payments, which is one of the most secure payment systems in the world. Your card details are encrypted and we never store them. You can also pay via PayPal if you prefer an extra layer of buyer protection.
🚚 Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, add an item to your cart and enter your address at checkout — it'll tell you right there. If for any reason we can't ship to you, we'll let you know immediately and refund you completely.
🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised messages?
Not yet — but it's on our list! If you're buying a gift and want us to add a note to the package, email us after ordering and we'll do our best. We love helping with gifts.
📧 I emailed you — when will I hear back?
We aim to reply to every email within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. If you email on a Sunday, expect a reply Monday morning. We read every message personally — no automated bots, no copy-paste responses.
