We're new. Here's what we commit to.
There's a version of this page where we write vague marketing language about "delivering excellence" and "exceeding expectations." That's not how we want to talk to you.
Here is what we actually commit to — in plain language.
📦 We'll tell you the truth about shipping
Our products ship from Asia. That means 7–21 business days, not 2-day Prime delivery. We tell you this clearly, every time, because we'd rather you know upfront than be disappointed later. Every order gets a tracking number. Every package is trackable end-to-end.
✉️ We'll respond to every message
Email us at hello@amoritestore.com and a real person will read your message and reply — usually within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. You will never receive an automated response that doesn't address your actual question.
🔄 We'll fix anything that goes wrong
Damaged? Defective? Not as described? Send us a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you — no lengthy returns process, no pushing you through hoops. Just send us proof and we'll sort it.
🔐 We'll never sell your data
Your email address, your order history, your payment details — they're yours. We use them to fulfil your orders and to send you updates if you ask for them. Nothing else. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
💙 We'll keep getting better
Amorite is a young store. We make mistakes. When we do, we own them and we fix them. We genuinely read customer feedback, and more than once it has directly changed how we do things. If you have a suggestion, email us — we actually listen.
