It's a fair question. There are a lot of stores out there that don't communicate well, take your money, and then go quiet. We've heard the horror stories too.
So let us be direct about who we are and what we commit to.
We're a real business registered in Spain
Amorite is a real, operating online store. We have a real email address (hello@amoritestore.com), real people managing it, and a genuine commitment to every order we fulfil. We're not disappearing tomorrow.
We tell you the truth about shipping
Most of our products ship from Asia, which means they take 7–21 days to arrive. We know that's not instant. We tell you this upfront because we'd rather set honest expectations than make a promise we can't keep. Every order comes with a tracking number so you can see exactly where your parcel is at any point.
We fix problems without excuses
If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described — email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you. No lengthy back-and-forth, no proof of return required. We just fix it.
Our payments are secure
We use Shopify Payments — one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. Your card details are encrypted end-to-end. We never store payment information. You can also pay via PayPal for additional buyer protection.
We're building a reputation we're proud of
Amorite is new. We don't have thousands of reviews yet — but we're working every day to earn them. Every order we get right, every customer we help, every problem we solve is a step toward the store we're building.
